Playing Experience

1980-2017: Since coming to the United States, Coach Baldini played in various local adult leagues, beginning with the German-American Club.


1977-1980: Player/Coach for two semi-pro teams in Italy.


1965-1976: Played for several different amateur teams in Italy.


1961-1964: Played for Cattolica Virtus in Florence, Italy.


1959-1961: Played for the Fiorentina Youth Team


1954-1959: Participated in the NAGC (youth program of the Fiorentina (Florence's professional soccer team).


Coaching Experience

1999 to present: Started the soccer program at Richmond Montessori School.  The current program consists of a varsity team (ages 11, 12 & 13), a J.V. team (ages 8, 9 & 10) and indoor-outdoor clinics open to all children, ages 4 to 7, who are enrolled in Richmond Montessori School, where the focus is on the basics of the game.


1996-1997: Assistant Coach at Longwood College.


1988-1989: Started the girls' soccer program at Patrick Henry High School  in Ashland, VA.


1984-1986: Started the soccer program at Clover Hill High School in Chesterfield County. While he was Head Coach, the team won two regional championships.


1983-1987: Coached VCU Men's Varsity  team as Co-Head Coach


1980-1982: Coached VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) Men's Varsity team with the title of Technical Director



Other Experience

1983-1986: Held clinics for coaches for Chesterfield County.


1980-present: Offers private lessons for individuals or groups.


1981-present: Offers youth soccer camps each summer in the Richmond, VA area.
